My successful career journey at Randstad and Pareto has cultivated a deep understanding of human resources and business operations. I joined the company as a Recruitment Consultant, where I honed my skills in recruitment and staffing. I then progressed through various roles, including Branch Manager, District Manager and Operations Manager which allowed me to successfully lead and develop teams across multiple regions. Currently, my role as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, focuses on strategic HR initiatives with the business leaders, aligning these with organisational goals, driving talent management strategies, and building a positive and productive work environment.
