Jess Hodkinson

My journey with Pareto started in 2020 when Pareto placed me in my first sales role at UberEats. In a full 360 journey, 5 years later I’m a Sales Manager in the Performance Consultancy Team at Pareto, working as a player-manager, working my way up from Account Executive.

What I love most about my role is supporting our clients achieve their objectives through innovative development programmes that get the most out of their people and deliver actual results. As well as watching my team develop and progress in their careers in Pareto. 

From a personal perspective, I love travelling and you will often find me doing a late Friday night flight for a weekend away in Europe or making the most of the Bank Holidays going further afield.
